Tadpole age group is from 5 to 6 years old and Major Tadpole is from 7 to 8 years old, both as of December 31, 2011.

For those registered in our Tadpole group, the coaches will pitch to the players.  The Major Tadpoles will pitch 2 innings to each other.  Scores do not need to be kept or recorded. We encourage coaches to play all players in the field at various positions. We encourage all of our tadpole coaches to take the Baseball BC NCCP coaches level 1 certification. Ladysmith Baseball will pay for this course if you submit the receipt during the year you are coaching.
